There may be a whole variety of reasons for selecting a PayBar, but this can often work out to be an excellent option if you are on a tight budget, or holding a fund-raising event, but don’t want to miss out on all the refinements and fun that a full cocktail bar service has to offer.
As with all our cocktail services, there is plenty of flexibility in having a PayBar. Beyond payment of a one-off fee, the choice is yours whether you prefer to pay up-front for cocktails up to a certain value, or if you prefer for all drinks to be sold to guests on a cash or card basis.
ProCocktails PayBars have been widely popular at gatherings of all sizes, and there is no limit on the number of people we can cater for.

Pre-Paid Bar
Some of our clients prefer the option of pre-paying for cocktails at a discounted price for a set number of beverages at just £7 each for an alcoholic cocktail (£5 each for non-alcoholic cocktails), beyond which guests will be expected to pay for drinks as they order them, by cash or card.
We accept all major credit cards and fast-payment card methods such as Contactless and Apple Pay, and we take care of all card processing fees.
CHARITY DONATIONS: If you are planning a charity event of any kind, we are happy to help raise additional funds for your cause by adding an agreed ‘mark-up’ to our standard PayBar prices that will be paid directly to your charity.
